All State Septic Inc. was contracted on 4/6/2021 to install a **** Gallon septic tank, 300 Gallon pump tank , and 315 sq. ft Drainefield at a cost of $9,500.00 with one year warranty. Shortly after the installation we complained several time to *********************** and ***** that there was a constant foul smell coming from that area and the ground was sinking in 3 places over the area of their work, evidence of leakage and construction defect. They continue to ignore the seriousness of the complaints and brought several excuses like we are waiting for a part from ***** and other excuses as evidence by text messages and emails. In place of repairing the construction defect, they waited until May 31, 2022, and told us that the warranty period has passed, and we must pay $2,000.00 for the repair since is not anymore under warranty.It is evident that foul smell coming from septic tank and the drainfield, combined with sinkholes in the same area is a definite sign of construction defect and leakage of the sewer which is a health hazard to us , neiberhood, and the environment. 1 star is to kind for All State Septic, should be a Zero. Hired ***** and All State Septic to fix my ***** field. Paid half up front and half on completion. 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials. Was worried when crew reused the sand and dirt from the old ***** field. Sure enough, 2 months later ***** field starts failing again, doing the same thing. ***** at first answers my calls, telling me be patient he's a man of his word. I have a 1 year warranty. I'm at 5th month now, No All State Septic and ***** is no longer answering calls, emails nothing.

Business will not stand behind work. Paid company to repair drain field on septic system. Repairs not being made after having to come back twice. Drain field was not repaired correctly the first time. No new sand was brought in the drain field, old dirt was use to cover pipes. Water still bubbles from drain field.Would not recommend doing business with this company.
