      I was very fortunate to speak to Jasmine (Jaz) who was amazing help. My Order Number:************* in order to locate Jazmine. I highly advise Fanatics to pay her to train people. No language issues and was truly an amazing pleasure. Her kindness tempers was great. A real professional and winner for Fanatics. Again she took the time to go over sizing and I had questions about pockets on the shorts. Which seems crazy but there may not be. I would be thrilled to speak again with her and would buy even more. Circle back with any questions. Team Jaz Ps. I keep writing to bbb as I’ve literally never received a text or email as a questionnaire.

      Again had an amazing experience with Liam, supervisor at Fanatics. Regarding a return there was a confusing statement on the website. It said the item was being processed when it had yet to be returned. Liam in his role went above and beyond so I could order now. Again these rep/ supervisors help make fanatics grow.       I had the pleasure and it was a real pleasure to speak to team member Raizza. Raizza was one of the most truest professionals Ive ever spoke to at Fanatics. Many times when you ask for a small favor they shut you down immediately. She was so kind in canceling a previous order so I could get something more expensive and truly a product that I really wanted. No was not in her vocabulary for all the right reasons. Again my many years dealing with Fanatics Raizza totally changed all the negatives with just one experience. I hope someone from Fanatics reads this and does the right things for ****** either promotes her or better yet have her train the new staff and pay her for her time and knowledge. I recommend Fanatics solely because of Raizza. Regards,*******

      Hello, Im very displeased with customer service right now. Its been three weeks and have not heard back about a product that was suppose to be shipped. I received my baseball cards with the outside box damaged and then the hobby box itself was damaged. Took pictures as anyone else would do. Spoke to support and asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, I would like a non damaged box. The person I spoke to said he would have one shipped out, screen shotted the conversation and they never shipped out. Went back and fourth two more times, and was told to respond to a fan advocate email. I did, no response again. At this point, Id like another box of cards as promised!!!!

      The **** *****, was a gem. When I told her the situation she immediately put me at ease. When I said it may have been my errorher response it doesnt matter well make it right. Thats why I shop Fanatics!

      Just ordered a nearly $200 baseball jersey. The quality was horrible. I can't believe they can get away with this. My son and I have been collecting jerseys for some time. The material is very thin, the iron on patched look terrible and were bent up upon receiving them. I understand the quality of the starter jerseys is less than the authentic, but this take it to a new extreme. We have been happy with all of the other replica jerseys were bought int he past. The customer service is terrible. I couldn't;t even get them to tell me how to write a review on the website (to warn other people not to buy this garbage). Fanatics needs to be investigated. the quality of their product is terrible, customer service is illusive, and they are price gouging. DO NOT BUY FORM FANATICS! Of course, this is not news at this point.

      Fanatics advertises 365 day return policy but hides that doesnt include merchandise from 3rd party vendors. Very misleading. Would not honor a return on a shirt even though it was brand new. Terrible customer service.
