Action Irrigation was contacted to fix 1 of the 4 zones that was not working for the sprinkler system. ***** the technician, came to the residence initially on the 26-Mar-2024 to begin work on the 1 sprinkler zone. Upon checking, he could not fix the zone unless we replaced the valve. We decided to just replace all 4 valves anyway to keep it the same. Half of the quote of $1200 was paid on 26-Mar-2024. He did not finish so he came back on 4-Apr-2024. On that day he completed replacing all 4 valves and the 1 sprinkler zone we called about was working but a different zone became inoperable.We contacted them the following day to fix the error, which he could not come out until 9-Apr. That day arrived and he began opening some valves/boxes and left saying "do not turn on because now they dont work". He left the site and now all 4 zones do not work. The quote was paid in full, Quote #*****, on 4-Apr. On the 18-Apr-2024, ******* came to finish the job that ***** failed to complete. He could not finish the job as he stated we need to pay an additional $800. I expressed to him so that we should not be asked to pay anything additional when the initial job that we paid for was not even complete. We had 3 of 4 zone sprinklers operable and left with none working. As of today, 19-Apr-2024, our 4 zone sprinklers do not work but our money was taken.I called ***** at the front office and reported all this on 18-April-2024 and 19-April. She said she was going to contact her boss ****, about it. I followed up 19-April-2024 and she said she had spoken to him but we still need to pay more money to fix it, this time she said around $400. I explained again, why are we asked to pay more money when the initial job is not even finished? The $1200 that was paid to change out 4 zone sprinkler heads with electrical and new boxes is just left incomplete. The technician ***** never came back and dodged 10 voice calls.
