I purchased a Walk in Spa from the company (their name changed since I made the purchase in Jan, 2024). It was delivered to my home in March, 2024. Within weeks, the insulation strip on the interior door came loose which not only prevented me from using it, because of the design, it was extremely difficult for me to exit the spa. The company sent someone to fix the situation; the technician was unable to fit the original strip back into place and he needed to replace it. Fast forward another a few weeks and this time the replaced strip came loose and had sunk to the bottom of the spa. I attempted to contact the person who had arranged the previous the service but I was told he left the company (odd because he had just joined it). ************************* is his replacement. The beginning of our communication was amiable and she asked to complete their warranty form. I was unable to submit it on line because of a glitch in their program. I then spent money to send the documents via Certified Mail which were received May 3. I then received an invoice for $775 which included $3.50/mile and a service charge. Essentially this nationwide company is paying for the strip and nothing else. I am requesting that Outdoor Dream Company send a technician to make the repair. Thank you for hearing this.
