      They have not provided the services that I have paid for. Before I completed all my scheduled payments, I would receive 3 to 7 calls a day with questions from community tax. At this time all my payments have been completed for about 2 to 3 weeks. Yesterday was the first day in weeks that I been able to communicate and try to figure out what was going on with my case. I have left voicemails, emails, and left text messages. This is complete negligence. The services that I have received in a collective does not reflect their current model of customer service or satisfaction

      I paid them $349 to start the process of getting help with my back taxes on 4/16/24. The person I spoke to was not the most patient during the initial phone call, but he wasn't horrible either. Once they got my money, there was no more communication from them. I texted the number provided asking questions about what happens next and he refused to answer. He just said to call him. I told him that I would like a text or an email explaining what I can expect next. He told me that they were busy. I told him that I thought it must be a scam since he refused to tell me what to expect next, and he gave me a link to their website. I told him that I want my money back several times once it was clear that he was not willing to answer my questions. I got no response from him in a week now. I really think that this must be a scam. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. I think that I must just be out my money and I'm very frustrated.

      I hired community tax services back on May 15 for the payment of $7400 I hired them to look into tax year 2021 that the *** said I old money for They promised me that the tax collections, and everything would stop no penalties and interest for as long as they started to open a case, and look into it and review it Once we got to the end of 2023, I began calling and asking why we havent heard anything back yet and they always said that they were waiting on the *** I then received a notice from the *** saying that I owed penalties and interest on top of what they said I had previously owed when I confronted text to community tax services. Their resolution was to go on monthly payments, and allow the *** to put a lien on my home. I believe this was intentional by then, when I first had them open the case, I asked them to look into it and come up with a resolution in the form of a single payment. No monthly payments no trying to skip out on any payments to come up with a quick and fair resolution, I believe they let this , take its course to have the *** to pay more taxes and penalties on me so that I can go along with their monthly plans of paying the *** and allowing them to put liens on my homes because it benefits them in some shape way or form I call and I call and the only thing I got was more and more lies out of their mouth and telling me that they would call me back with a better solution, but nothing ever came to fruition I then reached out to the *** on my by myself, which they repeatedly told me not to because it would make matters worse if I did, but I did it anyway, because things were getting out of hand, and they told me that they basically heard from them once when I first hired them, they made one phone call, requesting some type of information, but never contacted them throughout the whole year as they said they did to me repeatedly And the *** agent on the phone told me that I was most likely being scammed that for some reason there are companies out there that are allowed to to be in business legally and misrepresenting us. I ask for your help to please recoup some of the money that I have lost from them , at least the money that they took without providing the service that they should have. And with all due respect, they should be the ones paying the extra penalties and fines that I was subject to for their wrong doing.

      We would never do anything to deliberately put any of our clients in a worse position.  We are professionals and, frankly, the IRS agent lied to you when you spoke to them as he did have many communications with them.  However, having said that, we are looking into your case and will be contacting you soon to discuss your issues.
