I’ve paid them a lot of money and they haven’t done anything. All progress that I have made with the IRS has been because I have called them myself. TDN made promises and charged a lot of money and did not produce any results. I didn’t understand why I had not heard from my representative. When I tried to call, I was told by the company that he had finished his work. I wanted to know how that could be since he had not done anything to help me. When I tried to cancel, I was told that my contract wasn’t up even though their assistance in helping me had finished. The person I talked to on the phone was very rude and made it very clear that they had no intentions of trying to help me further, but they have every intention of continuing to charge me. This is a scam. All they do is take your money.Tax Defense Network ™ Response

We hired Tax Defense Network to help with an IRS amount owing (we have never owed money to IRS). Kenny who i talked to from the sales, gave me misinformation about the help they could provide, saying they can eliminate part of the debt and reduce interest and penalties. To make a long story short, i don't feel the team at Tax Defense worked hard for us. They told me that we were delinquent in the past and therefore they could not help us much. Also, saying they had to put us on tiered payments and got payment as low as they can. I believed them even though i never felt like they worked for us. WASTE of ALOT OF MONEY. We received a letter from IRS stating payment was going up, and was questioning the amount. So, i called the IRS myself. To find out we have never been delinquent, and this lady was able to eliminate some of the penalties and interest. Plus lowered our payments to half of what the Tax Defense set up WITH NO tier. Don't be fooled that these folks will work for you. EMPTY PROMISES. I did more in 1 phone call to IRS then they did in several months. Wished i had done my research as there are alot of unhappy people with this company.Tax Defense Network ™ Response

Our team utilizes information presented by our clients, as well as verification of balances and previous debts from the **** to determine our client's eligibility for reductions of penalties. Elimination of tax debt is not an outcome promised to our clients as it would misrepresent the services we provide. All taxpayers must pay their validly acquired debts, though there are options for relief, which we advocate for on behalf of all of our clients when applicable.
