i worked with this company to repair my credit .the issue is that the company is unorganized. they don't seem to keep a record of anything and they don't keep in good communication with the clients at all.. i called this company months ago to have my account canceled. i was told that the application does not exist and the app itself has been canceled and so i did not have to worry about any payments being taking out of my account . i thought,why would they not alert me that something i pay for monthly for has been cancelled?? . But this was not true... the month of September 2022 on the 15th i noticed a payment was taking out of my account from credit genie months after i already called to have my account canceled. i then called the business to let them know a payment was taking out and i wanted to be refunded. the representative said she did not know how this could be true since that program/ app is closed... she said there was " no way to be able to refund the amount of money since she cant access that program any longer". i asked her so when was this program terminated and she said she doesn't know.no phone calls and no emails from this company letting me know that they were no longer doing the credit repair. when i called my bank to start the dispute for my account, i found out that credit genie was still taking payments all the way back from when they said my account was canceled. they have been billing me still every month for no reason! i also learned that some months i was billed twice! when the agreement originally was only suppose to be once a month for $149 ! the worrisome part is that they said they don't even have access to the program to make sure i wont still be billed for this upcoming month. before filing a complaint and even before disputing the payments i tried to ask for help to have this issue resolved and i did not get any sense of urgency it was like they just didn't care. i even reached out to ********** ******, the owner
