      On 08/18/21, we ordered a Vestil Hydra Lift Cart iao 1266.76, (See receipt #1). This purchase was put in our Northern Tool card#******************. We received the equipment 09/07/2021, through fedex #**********. On 09/08/21, the equipment was faulty so my husband took it to the store and returned (see return receipt). Please notice they were to return the 1,049.00 for the equipment and the shipping, which should've been 1266.76. That same day we ordered a new Wesco Hydraulic Platform lift for 1049.99 , the warranty for 149.99 and shipping for 137.73 for a total of 1427.71 (see receipt #2). We are having couple of issues; problem#1 is that as 10/25/2021 we have not received the order and there is no record of our purchase yet, problem #2 Northern Tool charged my account for the new order and we did not received a complete refund for our first order. My husband had called and also went in person to find resolution and we are not getting any assistance. We called Wesco and they said information couldn't be given to us but only to the vendor, Northern Tool. My husband went to the store we purchase the equipment and they stated they called Wesco and Wesco is saying they don't have a record of the order. In the meantime they are billing us for the purchase for an equipment we don't have and yet there is no record of our order being submitted? Obviously they did not give us a total refund for the first purchase, they only refunded us 1128.74. but the purchase was for 1266.47. (see statement). We need to know where is our equipment and where is a total refund for the first purchase. We need the equipment and a full refund for the first purchase. Not one person is being accountable to us, the consumer.
