Over priced Trucks I'm paying way more that what Truck is worth and it's falling apart. After having it for 2 years I had to replace the whole front end of the truck because the workmanship that there mechanics do is crappy. Can't understand why they can't take your payment out when you ask for it to be 1st thing in the morning payment is due early in the morning. I have also been with this for 5 years now and still nasty to me for being 1/2 payment short this month. The girl that calls you her name is Jessica A**** with there lender CNAC and she is very nasty to you when you call. I am at the point to where I am ready for them to take the car and leave me alone. With all the trying times we are having out there you would like they would be nicer.

Over priced cars I'm paying 5 times what car is worth and it's falling apart had it for a year can't understand why they call me and email me more than twice on day payment is due early in the morning can't be a day late or they come and pick up car not friendly at all pushy yelling on phone and when I try to tell them car needs work they won't work with me to get the car to them to get fixed

If I could give them no stars I would. They're constantly rude to their customers and call your phone and everyone you love a horrific amount of times if they can't get a hold of you the first time they call. I have several back and forth text messages as well as emails in regards to a car I got from Byrider. I have kept in contact with them via ************ because I wanted to keep record of what they are saying or responding with. They blew up my family members phones "Looking for me" as I had already communicated what they needed to know. I have asked them several times to not contact anyone else but me as it is my car and my responsibility. They continue to threaten taking my car away after a delayed payment that I was completely transparent about due to me being in the process of moving. I let it be known my payment would be late and said I will mention when they can charge the card on file. I have been in the process of trying to catch up and instead of trying to help or give me options I continuously get harassed and bullied with lies and scare tactics. I am currently in the process of working with a Law Firm to mediate between both parties. I am disappointed with how they have treated me and apparently other customers and will do everything I can to get out of this car. They give this false narrative that they're trying to help people get into a vehicle when really they spend all their time praying on the customers downfall!
