On March 14 SEU was contracted by an unknown entity to do work in and around the utility box outside of my house. In order to get to the box and complete the job they had to dig up a large portion of my front yard to complete the job. Once the job was complete they attempted to put back together my yard and fill in the spots where they had to dig up. Unfortunately, they did not do a good job of putting back together my yard and left multiple spots where there are large patches where they killed the grass and left dirt pits. The next week I saw they were out there again and asked the person on sight if I could get a supervisors name/phone number to see if they could take care of the problem. I was given the project coordinators name/phone number, ***** *****. I spoke with ***** the same day and he assured me someone would be out soon to assess the damage and to lay out some new sod where the grass is dead. Sure enough, someone was at my door a few hours later. They took pictures, shook my hand, and told me they would be out there in a few days to fix the issue. After a week of nobody showing up I tried to contact Mr. ***** via phone call to which he did not answer. I tried calling again the next day to no answer. I then texted him and explained the issue at hand and asked him to give me a call. I have tried to call 3 more times to no answer from him at all. This left me with no other choice but to contact the BBB.
