      This is my worst experience with this company. I have been taking my dog there for over two years. The people at the office have always been nice .Signed for monthly membership payment $49.00 two years ago. They increased this month to $65.00 without any notification or email. They said it was Blast email last month about these changes and it is my fault that I'd did not get that email or knowledge that the prices ere increased over 30 % . You sign the membership with the office but someone else is managing and profiting from that . The doctors office did not know how to explain this as she put it they don't have anything to do with that. We pay each month and Everytime for something that is not covered on the membership fee. I asked to cancel and what is my last day for the membership since a paid for the March. Membership is a scam as I was told that they divide the plan in 12 month for customer's benefit. So I can cancel anytime but be aware of any bill due. I asked what is due but they charge my cardbeach month and I have paid Everytime before we leave the office. You can't leave till you pay or they will charge the card on file. I keept asking and after few tries he said that I did receive discounts on my last dog's visit and now that I have cancelled the membership I have to pay those discounts back . Just received the email that I owe them over $211.00. This is not a friendly customer services business and the ****** way to gain profit by scamming and intimidating your customers. Hope that this will help any one to stay way from these shady tactics and business.

      Furever Vets Animal Hospital Response

      This is an unfortunate complaint to the BBB for several reasons. Forever Vets did notify our clients that there would be a price increase on our wellness plans as of March 1, 2024. If our clients inform us they did not receive notification of the price increase at contract renewal, our policy is to refund that first month at renewal and/or cancel the contract with no balance due - if the client has not yet used services under the renewed contract. We did not inform this client that it was their fault they did not receive the email. All of our telephone conversations are recorded and they have been reviewed. The client states that someone else profits from our wellness plans. Forever Vets nor any other party actually profits from our wellness plans. They are designed to save our clients throughout the year for preventative services and many of our clients utilize the wellness plan discounts which turn out to be much more than the actual plan is worth meaning the client comes out ahead, not Forever Vets. If a client is on a wellness plan every service that is not covered under the wellness plan receives a discount. This client states in this review that they cannot leave the clinic or we will charge a credit card that we keep on file. It is not Forever Vets policy to charge any credit card without a clients specific consent, whether on file or not. We sincerely regret this client believes we scam our customers and that we practice shady tactics. Forever Vets stands by our core values of Compassion, Respect, Growth, Optimism, and Confidence. Any cancellation policy is clearly stated in the clients signed contract. Should the client have any further questions regarding their wellness plan our Client ******************** would be most happy to speak to them and clarify any unfortunate misunderstandings, as we always want our clients to be satisfied.
