Today 11/9/21, the dumpster co deposited a full dumpster on my lawn. After speaking with a principal of the company I was told the contractor who leased the dumpster was owing more money to them. I did not contract with them for a dumpster. They are seeking retribution for the payment by leaving a full dumpster on my lawn which is now damaged due to their delivery truck. They refuse to remove the full dumpster and provide compel for the lawn and sprinkler system damage until the contractor who leased the dumpster pays them additional money.Business response

Good morning. I am writing my response to a complaint that was received by this office. This was a client of ours that was upset and placed this claim. He didn't make his payment to us and we delivered his dumpster back to his property. He did not like that. The same day he made this complaint to you he paid his invoice and we removed the dumpster per his request. Situation has been resolved and the client is happy. Sorry for the late response as I didnt see this email address when I looked at the letter the first time. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I was forced to pay this business over $400 which was due to them from another customer of theirs. I was never a customer to this business and I certainly not a “”happy customer “ as they have indicated.
