I called ******* Pump Services on 11 June 2024, concerning a problem that I was having with my shallow well pump, switch was sticking. *************************** stated, he needed to change out pipes on my pump, inwhich had nothing to with the switch mechanism sticking. Afterwards, ****** stated he like to get paid in cash, I guess as away of him ducking and paying the **** and I paid him $280, I paid him and I notice the next day, my whole well pump was completely shut down and nothing was working including the pump or switch itself, that he never replaced. I talked with him the next day and specifically told him nothing was working on my pump including the switch it self that was supposed to be replaced when he first showed up. He told me he will be over the next day witch would have been 12JUN 2024, he never showed up. I called him at least 50 time and also texted him, with no answer, inwhich it seems like he is ducking and dodging my calls. As a paying customer, I just wanted some results from which I paid for. I later went on line and saw that this this guy business have quite of few bad reviews. I fell like *************************** is doing shady business and s******* over his customers like myself.
