I recently contacted Mircale Windows and Showers to have a three-season room enclosed with sliding glass doors ($20,000 + and the shower walls replaced, so approximately $35,000) for both. The day they were supposed to start, they never showed up, upon calling the office (****) stated that the truck broke down. The next day, the workers showed up, and a female construction worker apologized and stated it was her fault, family issues as to why they didn't ! OK now I'm lied to! They completed the glass doors installation but failed the city building inspectors examination. Several problems arose! So once again I contacted (****) and stated that I have family coming in and I needed the bathroom completed by a certain date. When questioned about the broke down truck, she stated she never said that ! She stated that she needed to speak with another scheduling person in the office and she would get back to be. I waited all day, and never heard from her ! I called her and she denied ever stating that she would get back to me, and that I was on the schedule for the next week. This is unacceptable as I have family coming in, and I don't need the bathroom shower replaced while company was here ! Very Unprofessional Operation. They also wanted complete payment for the sliding doors (Approximately $7,600) before the job was completed. I subsequently put a hold on the check and so advised them that the job WAS NOT COMPLETED, as stated in the contract ! I would never use them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone !

My husband and I signed a contract to only replace our downstairs shower and our upstairs tub enclosure on 3/2/22 with Miracle ****************************** Showers (which I can't find any more). That's understandable! It's the same place as Miracle Windows & Sunrooms. Our shower was a large & odd shape but he said it would be no problem for *********** could do it in 3 days. They didn't start the job until 4/4/22. They sent out one young man for the job. He wasn't given any plans. Was working out of his head I guess. We are retired and always home and we kept seeing things that didn't look right. He kept saying "It's going to be beautiful". After almost 2 weeks, I told him to stop and that there was no way this was going to be beautiful. He said "Thank God!" He didn't know what he was doing. Our bathroom was all tile from top to bottom and he had destroyed the tile on all 4 sides of where the shower was. 5/2/22 They sent someone out to see the mess and all he said was "We just sent him out to see what he could do". Between 5/3/22 and 7/22/22 We saw three different contractors that all said the whole bathroom had to be redone. Could not match the tile. We did not sign up for that! We did what we could afford at the time. 8/1/22 Finally got a contractor that would take the job. We had constant arguments with the company about what they would and would not do. We had to pay for some of the products needed ourselves. Had no choice but to settle for a small shower instead of the custom shower we wanted. We were without this shower for 5 months. Still not done with them. We got an attorney! Be warned! BBB made me choose a star rating or I wouldn't have given them even one!

How do, I start. I had purchased and replaced all the windows and patio doors in my house back in 2013, I really needed new energy efficient windows. I contacted Miracle windows because of a show case in the convention center in *******. I met with them and decided to go with them, the process went smooth and I had all my windows and doors replaced and they looked good. The thing that really got me to go with them was the life time guarantee, now move forward some years to July 2022 when I noticed one of my patio doors had a stain on it which I thought was dirt. When I tried to clean the window the stain was on the inside and in multiple places. I contacted miracle window and explained what my issue was and was told that a **** would be calling me back, well no one ever called back. After multiple attempts I finally was able to speak with **** and after repeating my issue for about the fifth time I was told to call the service number and speak to *****. I called the service number spoke with ***** and he said he would be out to look at the issue and he did come out and informed me the issue was the gas between the pane had somehow leaked out but not to worry that their guarantee would cover it. Going forward a couple of months and no word from *****, I called back and ***** had to come back out, which he did and assured me that the issue would be taken care of and I said that this is taking too long to get my issued resolve and he assured me that it will get taken care of. Going forward 8 months, it is now January 2023 and I am still waiting for someone to resolve my issue with the patio door.
