On Friday, October 28,2022 at 10:22 am I received a knock on my front door. A young gentleman in his early 20s named ***** who stated he owned and operated Buckshot Arbor Care LLC. Located in ************ *******, on the East Coast.***** proceeded to tell me that my Silver Bismarck palm tree was dead from hurricane *** and he could cut it down for $350.00 cash. I asked ***** for a business card which he stated he ran out of business cards. I told ***** that I would call him if I decided to have it cut down. He stated he was only in the area for the day. When my wife got home we decided to have him cut the tree down on two conditions. One that he removes the ***** and all tree clippings and second to replace with a new healthy silver Bismarck. ***** stated he would be back in half hour to discuss the job. At 11:15 am ***** and two other gentleman arrived. ***** and a younger man were is a black small suv and a gentleman in his 30s driving a **** pickup with a trailer that had a bobcat skid steer on it. The truck was white with the company name of Buckshot Arbor Care on it. I explained the conditions of the job and ***** agreed to cut the tree down but couldnt haul away. Stated he would be back on Monday October 31,2022 @ 08:00 am to dig the ***** out and put a new healthy silver Bismarck in. ***** stated he would email me with the price of the new tree on Saturday which never happened.I called on Monday at 5:00 pm he said he be here on Friday. Well Friday came and went no ***** or s phone call. Called on Monday, November 07, 2022 @09:00 I called ***** and he stated he was having a problem finding a new tree and a vehicle to haul the tree. Now if you own a tree service you should have vehicles and Trees. I have called him two more times with no answer.I had another tree service come and he stated that this guy just cut down a $5000.00 silver Bismarck that was healthy. I would like my money back from buckshot arbor. I hope the BBB can suspend this company.
