      It has been three weeks product has not delivered when called. They said that it will take 10 days from the time they get it to be delivered and they do not know how long it will be before they get. It was a birthday present. I have reached out to them for a refund done exactly what their Account order tracking number Protocol says and still nothing

      I purchased emergency warning lights for my vehicle 20 may 2024, the items were listed in stock and ship withing 3 to 5 business days. After multiple emails and phone calls I canceled the order 26 June 2024, I've contacted the company multiple times about a refund, most recently on 8 July 2024. I have yet to receive a refund and have not received the order nor do I want the order.

      Ordered products from this company may 11 2024 was told 3 days later the product was out of stock and there were no replacements in stock that could be sent. After waiting 30 days I canceled my order order was canceled may 19 2024 is when it was last updated as canceled as of 16 July ************************************************************************** the hands of the accounting department and theres no way to contact them other than e mail after several e mail attempts I have not received any updates and now when calling the number for customer service they do not answer unless I call from a different phone number very rude and unperfesional

      I ordered emergency lights for a vehicle and only received part of the order. I had to wait two to three weeks to receive them and they only sent part of the order. Two lights were not sent with the order but this business did not tell me that. I had to contact them to find out they didnt have two of the lights in stock. After several attempts to contact them I have not received any refund and after months have not received any word if I will ever receive the lights.

      Company charged my credit card for a product I ordered in December 2023. They do not have the item and cannot fulfill the order. I simply want a refund. All they are offering is store credit which I do not want, I simply want my money back that I was charged for an item they don't even have to sell.

      I placed an order with this company on 4/14/24 for emergency lights. After ordered delivered & I realized that the whole order didn't deliver, I contacted about rest of the order & was told on backorder with unknown delivery time. Asked to cancel order via email on 4/29/24 & have never gotten any response other than automated saying refund being processed. No one at phone # helps. Only directs you to the email address. I have left messages on different lines with no return calls. Waiting on refund amount of $199.96 plus tax.

      I purchased parts from Extreme Tactical Dynamics on February 19th 2024. They shipped half my order and but will did not ship the rest due to items being out of stock (2 License Plate Mounting Bracket). The I requested a refund on the out of stock items. They canceled my parts but will not provide a refund for the canceled parts. They said I could reorder them and wait till there back in stock but the price would go up because I originally received a discounted price.

      Purchased September 2023 finally got it the end of October 2023-***************** we have a few month old light bar that does not work- can't get anyone on the phone or email- so we are out $379.00. Tried contacting them the end of February 2024 to say it does not work, no response.
