To whom it may concern, There is no reason my yard should look this bad after paying for professional landscapers and irrigation services. Would you allow this behavior or poor performance to continue unaddressed at your own home? I have been asking ABL to fix this for over a year. I have sent work orders, emails directly to the company and finally left reviews with ZERO response. I am now paying ******** to try and correct it.... But at the same time I am still forced to pay ABL in my hoa. As ABL is contractually obligated to uphold their end of the contract and maintain my lawn AND ARE NOT DOING SO, then i should not be compelled to pay them for services that are not being rendered in a satisfactory manner. I will take legal action to enforce my rights if need be. I have spoke to the irrigation team at their last wet check and was made aware that they take full responsibility for the DEATH OF MY YARD as apparently the filter in the lake was clogged, hindering the strength of the output of the water stream in the yards causing the sprinklers to not reach all of the dead spots in the yard. The problem therein lies that you do irrigation wet checks MONTHLY!!! I have been pointing out the problem for 1 year That is prima facie NEGLIGENCE. Please take this as your LAST and FINAL opportunity to cure the damages caused to my property before legal costs are incurred. My demands are as follows: 1) Reimbursement of $621 that has been paid to ******** over the past 3 months in an effort to rehab the lawn, before we were made aware it was entirely an irrigation problem. Said additional services have now been canceled. 2) My yard will need seeded or sodded as well as irrigation management once the filter is unclogged to ensure the pressure is sufficient to cover the lawn. Should I not hear back from *** by the end of the week with a plan for compensation and correction, we will be forced to take legal action.
