I ordered from this company for my mother. They claim 24 hour delivery I ordered on a Wednesday at 8 am. They neglected to tell me that delivery in my area would actually be two days. They (*******) said that the person Ispoke to is new,It's now Friday at 430 p.m. I still haven't received the equipment I called and said I no longer wanted it because my mother's recovery is almost over. They said weather I accept delivery or I don't They will not refund my money Honestly it's not that much more to just buy it on Amazon Save yourself the aggravation.Review from Shannon L

Just needed to rent the facedown equipment again from Comfort Solutions. Very speedy service and the Equipment was in perfect condition. I've seen some nasty reviews, but I can honestly say, both times I've had to rent from this Company everything has been excellent. Customer Service has always been on the money with friendly knowledgeable agents. The equipment both times has arrived a couple days prior to my surgery so I was prepared for recovery when I got home from the hospital. I highly recommend using Comfort Solutions if you need to be facedown for that long week of recovery. Recovery really isn't fun, but the equipment sure makes it easier. The mirror was a big help to get me through the long days.Review from Elaine M

Do not under any circumstances rent a chair from this company or anything else. They are a complete rip off. They sent me a chair that smelled like an ashtray insisted. I was a smoker, which is not the case. Do not waste your money go to Amazon and buy a chair for a third of the price their customer service people hang up on you because they have no grounds for the c*** they rent!Review from Suzanne J

This company is horrible. My Dr. ******** my surgery - I tried to talk to these people about refund. They were very very rude. I contacted my credit card company - they disputed it and refunded my money from the charge. Comfort Solutions had already "accepted financial liability" according to my credit card. They turned me over to collection and they are now trying to tell me I have to pay $149.00 instead of the original $120.00. When I tried to speak with Comfort Solutions (**** who is supposed to be a supervisor) called me and my husband a******* then said **** *** and hung up on us. I called Attorney General office in Florida and reported them. I will not pay anything to someone who treats us in this manner

******************* ordered medical equipment. Per this request, we expedited the rental equipment using ********************** At the time the order was placed, we explained the high costs of shipping to and from the customer, so all rentals are nonrefundable once shipped. Additionally, our emailed rental agreement clearly states our No Refund policy once the equipment has shipped. All shipping and other related costs were paid by our small family-owned business. After ******************* cancelled her credit card, she shifted all financial responsibility to us, and we received zero compensation. We had no other recourse but to refer her to a collection agency. Since we hired a collection agency to collect a bad debt, the matter is between ****************** and the collection agency. The only injustice to report to any Attorney General is how ****************** beat a family-owned small business out of rental costs. Her husband screamed obscenities at us during her phone call. Any further discussions should be taken up with the collection agency.
