I started pool service with them on March 7th they did not show . I called them on Sunday March 10th to ask why they did not show. The gentelmen said he would look into it but assured me they would be out the next day Monday. I went by Again late Monday no one showed went by late Tuesday no one showed. I left to the Bahamas when I came back on March 24th still noone had been there. We left again to go to Maine a few days later still noone had been there in that time. When my wife got back last week still noone had been there. When I returned today Sunday April 14th still noone had been there. During this time I sent pictures, emails and text to the owner with no response. So they charged me on the March 7th for 1 month service 125.00 which they did not do any service for that month and did not prorate. So on April 1st they charged me 170.00 for April I called them and sent them an email asking why they charged me since they did not start in March. they said they started March 5th. I stated to them no one has been there and I sent them numerous emails and pictures since March 10th. DO NOT USE PINCH A PENNY IN JUPITER ON INDIANTOWN RD
