  I started this 12 month long course in April 2021 and took my final exams in April 2022 having paid my $14000 tuition in full. Months after completing my final exam, and after much difficulty getting response from the school administrators and teachers, I was told that I will not be able to take my required clinical until I completed an exit exam. This was never a part of the original requirement. This exit exam required me to travel to another state and pay additional money. All things that I was not made aware of until after successful completion of the 1 year course.Nonetheless, I conformed to this last minute change request because I really want to get my diploma so that I can take the state exam. I was told I did not pass the exit exam but no details of the exam was given to me. I don't know which areas were my weak points or which questions I got wrong. ********************* is telling me that they do not provide that information. I will need to retake the exam for a fee in order to get my diploma. I am unable to fly to ******* again to ****** taking an exam. As such, I have reached out to the school to get a copy of my transcript and they have not responded. They are not answering emails and they are not answering phones. I just need the school to contact me and provide me with my official transcript. The school hasn't even uploaded the grades from my last semester per the unofficial transcript online. I would love for the school to respond to my request for my official transcript showing my 1 year of courses completed.

  The complainant was enrolled in the ** Review Course to prepare for the *************************** Exam which is a predictor for NCLEX success.  This exam was taken on Friday October 21, 2022, and the complainant did not pass in her first of the three (3) attempts that is allowed.  The complainant was informed that she would be allowed to retake said exam after remediation which is facilitated and guided by our qualified nurse educators. The complainant requested a transcript on October 27, 2022, which was processed.
