I reached out to the business - called 8 times, and sent 2 e-mail messages. I am not getting any response. The situation is outlined below. I would like to have my bill corrected for the $14 coffee we did not have, and for the sides that were charged at $31 each. The photo on their menu clearly shows the sides included in the Steak option. Thank you.Dear Rusty Pelican Manager,I am reaching out regarding our experience dining at the Rusty Pelican last Wednesday evening. We love your view, and wanted to have a memorable dinner.It did not live up to our expectations unfortunately. I had special out of town guests, and did not want to inquire about our disappointment and errors on the bill in front of them.I am attaching the bill for our dinner below.My first concern is that we ordered the Filet ****** and Ribeye steak, based on the photo we saw of the plate - screenshot below. Our steaks arrived on a black small plate without anything next to them - and our server asked about our sides, which we asked for baked potatoes.The photo has the baked potato and vegetables as part of the meal. ..Instead of what was advertised on the menu with the sides - we were charged for the sides!The baked potatoes were charged at $31 each! We were also charged for a $14 coffee that we did not have.I ask that you please correct this error, and credit my credit card for the overcharges.Please let me know if you need any further information. I have tried calling the phone number on the receipt multiple times, yet your phone service is hanging up before I can speak to anyone. Thank you.
