My husband and I purchased a membership years ago in ******************. We and now I (husband passed away) have used their services multiple times through the years. It is a discounted timeshare week service, and the inventory changes all the time. I have never had them not respond either by email or phone. It is important to keep your information current with them.Review from Georgianna R

I don't get an answer when I call the office. I've tried all of their numbers. I purchased a membership with them in 2008. 8 thousand dollars. Now I can't reach them to request other vacations. I think they have gone out of business. What should I do,?

Hello and thank you for your review. Our office is located in the ******* Keys and time to time we experience tropical storms. Several days ago we had such a storm with lightning which caused a voltage surge. It took out our phone system and several other electrical devices. However, with the help of ******* we were able to get the necessary equipment back in working order and all member service phones are operational and restored.

I give 1 star because that is the lowest rating. This company may have been legit at one time, though they seem to have lost their way. Today we received a letter stating that we owe a few hundred dollars. My ******** laughed. I called the company initially to tell them someone was using their name to scam people, only to find out it is them trying to scam people.The person on the phone stated the "debt" is from 2013 or 2014. That same person claimed not to have our current address, even though I was holding an envelope from them with our current adress!******* Statute of Limitations for Written Contracts is 5 years,Promissory Notes4 years, and Open-Ended Accounts 4 years. We don't live in *******. The state we do live in, the same staute applies. Don't let them scam you...Vacation Travel Club Response

We do not believe that was us that you may have called? Please call the number on the back of your membership card. Let the person know why you are calling and that they would like to see the letter received.

Compré una membresÃa en Cancún con unos merolicos que no paran de insistir hasta que compras si deseas por motivos de cualquier Ãndole no continuar te exigen el pago del 30%
Del monto adeudado aparte pierdes lo que hayas dado con anterioridad
Esto es por demás decirlo aparte de injusto a mi parecer un robo
English:
I bought a membership in Cancun with some merchants who do not stop insisting until you buy if you want for reasons of any kind not to continue they require payment of 30%
Of the amount owed apart, you lose what you have given previously

The person in this complaint is not a client or member of our Travel Club Program. We do not sell our Membership program in Cancun. Obviously, they are confused to whom they purchased or did business with.
