This occurred on Memorial Day weekend 05-31-2022 I was down in key west with my family and we decided to rent a boat the guy in the booth said If was a proeficient boaters I responded I had rented boats before with no problem and I head to the place at the time we picked then an instructor started to ask a lot of questions about it like if Im a pro and Im supposed to know eveything in order to use it. I answer a fees questions he decided not to rented it to me he spend no more then 5-8 mins with me and my family in the boat then I asked for a refund is I was not going to be able to use it he said yes go to the office the lady said yes Ill refund you your money 403.12$ next days I didnt it see it in my credit card I called they said Monday my boss will do it because hes not in the office Monday didnt do it I called again and he said no giving you your money back. They are not transparent when they talked to me never explain that, they very sneaky tactics too get people to sign for this and then not give people refunds. Another customer was complaining too. I did a review in ****** about the incident and called my credit card company Im still waiting for it to be resolved it takes 90 days. And now I decided to reach BBV for help. They didnt waste not even 5 mins talking to us about it in the boat when he said no going to let you use it.
