            Unfortunately, I hired ********* Binet Construction to build a boathouse for my new lake front property. We met with the county inspectors and they said everything looked good to move forward. I paid ********* a deposit of $1885 1/23/2022 to get started and he said he'd be able to get everything done within 8 months (they were backed up, as were other companies I had contacted). The 8 months came and went, I contacted ********* directly and he told me that they had gone out of business and he forgot about me, but he would refund my deposit asap. He never did. It has now been about a year he has had my money and I haven't gotten a dime back from him.

            WE ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT TO BUILD OUR HOME IN ****** COUNTY ON 5/26/2022 WITH CHRISTIAN BINET CONSTRUCTION LLC. FEIN #**-1204666 LOCATED IN ****************.H3139363**432303**3H BREACHED THE CONTRACT AFTER ACCEPTING TWO DRAWS FROM MID ************* HE FAILED TO PAY 84 LUMBER FOR THE **** TRUSSES WHICH RESULTED IN A LIEN BEING PLACED ON THE HOME. HE ALSO FAILED TO COMPLETE THE START OF A FOUNDATION AND PAY HIS CONTRACTOR FOR SAME.SUBSEQUENTLY H3139363**432303**3H STOPPED CONSTRUCTION, DISSOLVED HIS COMPANY, AND NOT RETURNED ANY OF THE ***** PAID TO HIM TO DATE.THEREFORE, THE ********************************************************* HAS BEEN RETAINEDAND THEY NOTED TEN LINE ITEMS IN REFERENCE TO BREACH OF CONTRACT BY H3139363**432303**3H TO INCLUDE A POTENTIAL CLAIM FOR CIVIL THEFT.
