We ordered shed from Atlas Sheds on 11/7/22 and paid up front leaving 638. + change balance. We were told the shed would be built within 3-6 weeks. We waited for 8 weeks and she'd never arrived and we never received a call from the company. I called on 1/3/23 to inquire regarding status of shed and spoke to the man there and he said he would get back to me and apologized. Adam from Superior Sheds whom they contract out to called back and stated that we where never put on the schedule to begin with. He scheduled me for 1/6/23 to build the shed. Then Rita from Atlas Sheds called and said she had scheduled us and blamed them for us falling through the cracks. She stated that she would come over to check progress and collect the check. Two men came and built the shed within 4 hours and very very friendly and efficient. We had no complaints with them. Rita from Atlas Sheds never showed up. I waited for response and finally she called on 1/11/23 and left two messages one of which was rather nasty. I left message that I would pay her on 1/18/23 on my pay day. I also inquired about the vent on the shed. I couldn't find it. She came over to our house today and verbally attacked my husband and was really snide and said she knew we would do this!! What? My husband was upset with her. He said I left message with her regarding payment and she didn't get message and said wanted to see about the vent. Well if she didn't get the message how did she know about the vent? The pictures on the website show vent on front and sides. The vent is now placed on the roof which we weren't aware of. She patronizingly told my husband "what are you going to sleep in the shed?!!" Ger nastiness was unnecessary. We are going to pay 1/18/23. We were put at alot of inconvenience.
