I bought a Perfect Ducts ******* for $100 for AC duct cleaning for a condo that I own in Florida but I do not live there and I rent out the condo because I live 1200 miles away. The service that was advertised on ******* and I paid for included the items listed below. Service person showed up on March 15, 2022, immediately called me and said it would be extra $250 charge and $150 for deodorizing/sanitizing. Since I did not live there, I trusted him and agreed to extra $400. The service person said their credit card system not working and that I have to ***** money before they could do the work. Again, since I did not live there, I reluctantly agreed. Tenant called me later that day and said that the serviceman was there less than an hour, did not vacuum out the vents but only opened 2 main vents and did minor surface cleaning and put on a fan to spray deodorizing spray and nothing else done. When I called to complain and ask to speak to a manager about scheduling a return visit to do the job properly, I was told that manager was busy and that he would call me back. I never got a call back so I tried 5 more times that day and the next day and never got a call back and the company eventually started routing my call to a voice system saying that all their reps are busy right now. I then tried calling from another phone number that I own and they answered the call but was told that a manager would call me back which he never did. I tried calling again from that other number of mine and they then routed that number to their voice system and basically blocked my calls. The dispute is that the 2 main ducts were not cleaned properly, all supply vents were not serviced, filter check was not done, dryer unit cleaning was not done.
