So many issues on such a simple thing to fix. My washing machine was jumping during the spin cycle. They came out to fix it, charged us to fix the springs. They left and it was still doing the same thing during the first cycle. They said give it a couple of washes and it should work. Well it didn't, so called them and they said they will order the same part again. Then I called them to see when they would come back out and they avoided my phone calls. I had to call them from different phone numbers in order for them to pick up. I have phone records of calling them and text messages. 2 months have gone by and they now are saying they no longer do repairs, that they sell our lead information to a technician, so there is nothing they can do. They can't refund us and they can't fix the original problem.Review from John C

This company turned my fridge in to a freezer and has set an appointment for 3 straight weeks and always no call no shows. He took my $450 and ran. He is a liar and a crook. Do not use this company or his other company ********* ****** ****** ***. I have all 3 of his phone numbers one of which is toll free and he doesn't answer any of them! I'll be contacting my friend with Fox news to save other people in the community the same trouble. Watch for it to see this sleezebag.Review from Nikhita F

The other reviews genuinely surprised me. I called over 10 companies to find one that would service the fridge I have in my dealership's showroom. Alex was the only one to even send a tech out to diagnose the issue. He got a few parts for my dealership from out of the country when they no longer made it in America. I was continuously informed on the progress and Alex made sure that I was very happy. I will definitely recommend this company. They have exceptional customer service.Review from Jeanette C

I'm not sure if this is company that came out to supposedly replaced my ice maker. Their shirt said Mel. They came out, replaced with a used and broken ice maker. They took my $ and it never worked. Do not use this company. Stealing money and they never answer their phone. They use a toll free number. Had to give a rating or it wouldn't post my review. No stars for crooks.Review from Annette B

BEWARE...SCAM ARTIST!!!!!...DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE MEL WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN...FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR APPLIANCE REPAIRS...I'M OUT OF $424.99..HE IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT
