      Nuni Torres was advertising free nail technician starter kits. Although they were free, I was charged $19.90 for shipping. I placed this order on June 28 of 2024. I have never received the item nor has the item shipped. I reached out to his business, with questions as to where my order is and concerns that its a scam. He had excuses about moving, saying hes not scamming anyone, yet still never shipped my purchase. I would just like my $19.90 back and for him to be shut down and not be able to scam people anymore , because I have seen nothing but bad reviews saying hes done this to so many people, unfortunately after I made the mistake of trying to purchase from him. He flashes a luxury lifestyle online and is paying for it with stolen money from his customers.

      On November 10th, 2023, I placed an order via his website based off of his advertising on Instagram. I received my confirmation email and on November 15th received a status update to paid email. That was the last time I received any updates. I sent a follow up email on January 6th, 2024 as his website at the time of ordering said 3-5 weeks for shipping. The email was sent to *************************************** No response. By then he posted on his instagram that shipping was now 7-8 weeks. I sent him a direct message on January 19th, 2024 and no response until January 29th, 2024. I sent him screenshots of my paid in full email, my processed transaction that cleared to him, my order number and email. He responded that he would look for my order. He has never responded back. Jan 25th, 2024 I emailed ******************************** his email address on his tiktok account that he is advertising on. No response. He has since posted product after product for sale or free (but we pay for shipping) with same day shipping. Every comment anyone makes about their orders is deleted by him. I leave a comment and take a screen shot because I know he deletes them. I have asked for a refund or for him to send a replacement product. Nothing. I want my money back. I am attaching the private message in instagram, the screen shots of every comment on his posts because he has deleted them all, my payment Clearing, paid email and follow up. It's hard to believe he is not scamming people. In some of my comments can be shown Where others are experiencing the same.

      Placed 2 orders, Oct 8 and Oct 12. ****** received and business wont respond to email, text, or IG. Then blocked me.

      I purchased a couple of acrylic from him on May 17, 2023. I paid 23.99 for a 7-10 business day shipping and I have not yet received a tracking number. I tried emailing him on two different emails. I'm still waiting for a response from him or his team. I tried the live chat and nothing. I called and the number is disconnected.

      I purchased from nuni 1 year ago. I've tried to contact customer service, I even had someone ask for my order # but no response. I've called multiple times and even sent him direct messages on *********. At first he did respond to contact a csr and then to call. Since then I've asked if there was any other way I could speak with someone about my order. I know you can't make everyone happy as I own my own salon and wanted to support his small business, but the least he could do is say oh **** things got crazy let me figure this out. I had a few other people order at the same time they either received their order or a refund but not me 😭.
