Placed an order March 17th 2021 for $91.66. The order number was ****. I got a conformation email with all the information and it said I would receive the package in 2-3 weeks. I have tried multiple times to contact them but this issue remains unresolved. They took the payment but I still don't have my product as of 10-13-2021Initial Complaint

Hello, Thank you for helping customer's like myself that have no other avenue! So I ordered from them twice. First time I got half my order. Took many weeks!! Though they say they ship quickly. Complained about half the order missing. Zero response! Second order, ($30.00) only because I did enjoy making coffee in this quick manner! Ordered in April. Hasn't arrived and zero response!! This is theft you know. In a sense. Customer's are extremely fed up with crappy business after Covid!! I expect many businesses will be held more accountable!! I appreciate any help you may offer! But more than that, I'm very glad to see other's speaking out against this company, as it's very obvious they simply want the money, even if we never receive shipment!! Please see, attached for order number. Thank you again, for the assistance... **** -
