Date of payment 8/12/2021 total amount paid 6,200 for no service ever received. This business took my money and I never heard from them and spent months emailing and calling a disconnected number. I have reached out. I have called and emailed and you have purposely avoided me as well as others while still posting this scam on your social media and stating you are no longer in this business. I spoke with several people and they have been scammed by you as well for almost over a total of 30k. We paid you based on trust and good faith for merchant processing of business related services and instead you tried to scam us with some scramming guy processing deceased people for cable accounts which is illegal as well as fraud and a felony and people could have been arrested and lost their entire life dealing with you and this is wrong on so many levels. If I don't get a refund in my 6,200 that I paid you and never received any service you are going to be sued in civil court. What you are doing is unethical, it's wrong and it's illegal. People spend their hard earned money with you as a business and you scam them and put them at risk to serve jail time. You will be reported to any authorities willing to listen. This is your opportunity to return my 6,200 as rightfully owed back to me
