We live in Delaware, but my Dad lives in Kissimmee. His home was flooded by Hurricane Ian. Not so much the hurricane, but the city of Kissimmee closed off the drains, and the water backed up and flooded many homes. Being 1,000 miles away, I didn't know who to call. When I did, most were booked for weeks due to so many being flooded. We went down, and removed all the old drywall and my one son does remediation work, and had dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the walls. We sprayed all sorts of anti-mold solvents. The only company we could even reach a human was Mendez Repair. Pricilla was like an angel to deal with. She was so full of empathy, and really lowered our stress levels. We had to return home, but she had her crew come in and work with my fatter, and in 3 days, had the entire home complete with new drywall, taped, mudded, and sanded. They did a great job matching the "orange peel" effect in a couple rooms that had it. They supplied photos of the work they did, and luckily our daughter lives in St. Cloud and was able to go over and view the completed work. This company did excellent work and didn't just rush to finish. The work they did was at the standards I would expect if I had done the work; and I'm hard to please. Hopefully we'll not need to do this again, but I know anyone in my family that lives in that area would call Mendez Repair for any drywall work they would need. I cannot praise them enough or type in words how pleases we are dealing with them over the phone from a great distance, to working with them in person. A++++ work
