    Ordered 4 banners with expedited services, wrong banners have been printed but also printed with a defect, ended up with 1 banner. Requesting refund for $281.57 (3 banners $75 each, $40 expedited services, $16.57 transaction fees)

    I brought in a $30+ hat in to the store to have them embroider my partners last name and our childs birth year on it for Fathers Day, I filled out the forum with the employee describing placement, font styling and color of what I wanted. He said it would be ready the next day. The following day I go back and see the same gentleman greet him. And has me pay the $16.13 for the embroidery and hands me the bag of my hat. I look at the hat, and its wrong, I say to him its suppose to be in white lettering not orange, before he could even reply the owner abruptly pipes up saying well its done and it cant be undone. I said I understand that but my hat is messed up, this is not what I wanted. She then tells me she cant undo it and oh well, I asked to see the order forum that was with the hat, she ignored me, I then asked the gentleman I made the order with if he had it and he said nothing, he continued to play with the infant he had behind the counter, I then told her what was I suppose to do with the hat, its not what I order can I get a refund. She told me that I can go purchase ANOTHER hat and she can do the embroidery on it for free. I told her I paid almost $35 for this hat I cant just go get another one. She scoffs and tells me I only paid $27 cause the price tags on it, I told her how is she going to tell me what I paid the hat when Im the one who brought it, the hat was $27.99 and with tax and shipping it came out to almost $35 she then became irate telling me to get out of her store, I asked for a refund for the embroidery because she messed up my property, and continued to be rude and demand I leave the store. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she had such a disgusting attitude, was absolutely rude, and careless for other peoples property. And now Im out of money and a gift I was suppose to give.

    It absolutely amazes me how the story has changed and has been cleaned up from her ****** review to this review...On June 11th, the customer came in with a hat and had the name ****** 92/23 placed on the right side of the hat in orange. She came back in the next day and picked up her hat happy with the job. Later the same day she came back in with another hat to have the very same thing put on the hat but in a different color. I mistakenly did the same color orange. When she came to pick the hat up later that day she paid for the hat and as she was walking out she took the hat out of the bag and noticed it was the wrong color. I IMMEDIATLY apologized and said unfortunately the embroidery wasn't going to come out and there was nothing that could be done about that hat. I did offer her to purchase another hat and I would do it at no charge. She proceeded to tell me that she paid over $40 for the hat and yes I corrected her because she left the receipt for the hat in the bag. At that point she became verbally abusive with name calling and that's when I kicked her out of my shop. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I personally insult her. The next morning I sent her a text asking her to come in so I could apologize and give her a refund. She ignored my text so I refunded her card anyway. Her property wasn't ruined, the hat is still a hat, still able to be worn, it just wasn't the color she wanted for the second hat.I don't know what gives people the right to treat other people like they're entitled, the minute you run your mouth with foul language and personal insults I have no other alternative then to remove them from my shop.
