On Wednesday May 15th, 2024 I walked into Osceola memory Gardens located on **************. To prepare funeral arrangements for my father in law who is Jewish. I made it very clear to the man selling me the package ***** we needed to meet my father in laws death wishes as well ***** him within 24/48hrs per his Jewish religion. He agreed, and advised they handled many Jewish funerals in the past. I later find out the funeral doesnt do burials on Sundays my father in law passed away on a Friday and they would not have him buried until Monday May20th. 2024 we walked in and spoke to a funeral director by the name of **** who was extremely rude over the phone and in person he made a call and advised our $525 would be refunded as a courtesy given the circumstances he stated he had spoken to the general manager ************** who approved of the refund. We went on about our services as granted believing a refund would be issued come the day of and were advised otherwise the same day of the services. When trying to schedule a meeting with ************** while in the same office he refused to come and see us. This has taken an emotional toll on our family and we no longer want to deal with the funeral home directly. We are seeking help from the better business bureau.
