I paid almost $8,000 total. on July 27, 2023 I ordered 2 bar stools, 1 table with 4 chairs for the table, 1 King size bed set and box spring, and 1 queen size box spring. Zara Furniture gave me 4 chairs as a place holder until my chairs I order came in. I've called and text who I believe is the owner (*****) and the manager (****) on multiple occasions. I've gotten nothing but the run around. -Initially ***** gave me some gray chairs as place holders until my chairs I actually ordered came in. -Najeh Order some nre chairs which were the wrong ones, he sent them to my place. -On or about October 6, 2023 I sent ***** a picture via text to inform he these are the wrong chairs. He assured me he'd get the correct chairs. ***** replied "Which chair you ask for ***** I replied "The gray one just in black"Today is March 30, 2024, I have spoke to ***** and **** on multiple occasions about receiving the correct chairs. I've also went to the store and have hear other customers going through the same issues of not receiving furniture.
