We hired sacro investment to remodel our house. 1st week was golden. After the floors were installed, Rasec brought her family members to paint the house. Which was not a problem if they new what they were doing. We needed the work done in a short amount of time which was expressed to Rasec and she agreed to complete the work in a timely manner. That did not happen instead Rasec is no where to be found. Both my husband and I have called and texted her the past 2 days. We are yet to hear from her. She brought a carpenter to install the cabinets. He did such a mediocre work. The cabinets are broken on installation, left with visible screws, left with scratches all around. The pantry we paid for is not even a pantry anymore. There are gaps in between the waterfall. The cabinets are too small for the space and installed unevenly. The faucet and soap dispenser are loose. The backsplash is not equal with the cabinets. We paid for crown molding for the hood range, they installed and removed because they don't fit. They installed with white sealant when my cabinets are gray. They installed the backsplash and blocked my phone line. They left outlets in my children bedrooms without the covers. We got new furniture delivered, had to change the date to accommodate. Sure enough, when they were doing touch up they paint the side of my brand new couch. My dining room chairs and table have scratches on them. We got some LED light installed, they left holes in the walls and inside the cabinets. They didn't paint the walls before installing the cabinets. We tried to reach out to Rasec, she told us it's impossible to get her team at the house to fix the mess. My microwave stopped working post the outlet installation. I can't get her to come by to fix anything. She left us with an unsafe house. Rasec is a contractor. She hired cheap labor to do the job. They don't work clean or safe at all. I still have my belongings outside in the sun. But Rasec does not care. Very unsafe company.
