Attached you will find the email I sent the property, I spoke to the manager since that letter he advised me that they would offer me a free stay there I told him I didnt not feel comfortable staying there again and wanted a refund since they couldnt provide the services a hotel does. He advised me he would call me back within 24hrs, I have not heard back from him and he no longer answers my emails, this was over a week ago since we spoke.Initial Complaint

I booked the stay through************ so I dont know the exact amount paid. the site boasted it had a on site restaurant, bar, swimming pool with pool side snack bar, a hot tub and exercise facilities. when I arrived the desk person said there was an extra $10 a night resort fee total $130. There was no bar or restaurant or snack bar the hot tub was not functioning, and exercise facilities closed. the room had a wabbly toilet and dresser draw was not aligned right. I stayed because the booking stated nonrefundable. I stayed up until the point on the 7th night my room had still not been serviced the trash had not been removed the room had not been cleaned and I still had no fresh towels. The next morning, I went to the front desk and told them I was checking out and that I wanted a refund for the remainder of my stay which I had to jump through hoops to get them to agree to. they told *********** that they would refund the money however they never sent the email confirming such and when I looked at my credit card statement, they in fact charged my card an extra $50 instead of refunding the $10 a day remainder of 5 day resort fee. I called the front desk and they refused to help me and hung the phone up on me. This is criminal and I would think health code violations. They claim I would have needed to ask to have my room cleaned and ask for towel because of covid meanwhile no one who worked there was wearing masks. I have stayed at many hotels and never since covid started had been denied my room being cleaned or fresh towels. The whole thing was a disgusting nightmare. Then to have to pay for a portion I didnt stay and then be charged an extra $50 is outragious
