I started this claim in April 2022, referred by family because supposedly theyve help with previous claims, great. Im a flight attendant and Im always away so I hired this company. **** came to my home to have me sign contract and **** another employe came to take photos of damage along with my insurance adjuster **** from USAA.Moving forward I was assigned ****** for my case, she was good maybe the first 1-2 months. Then I had to reach out to this lady on multiple occasions, her voicemail was always full, (still is till this day). I had to show up to ********* 1 hour and 45 min away, to speak to her or someone since she never would get back to me. Fast forward its now June, my ceiling has got mold growing in my laundry room, I told ****** and sent photos and she never did anything about it, didnt let USAA know about it per USAA. In July they finally communicated back to my insurance and USAA issued the first check, no one communicated on what Im suppose to do next check and what it is to be used for roof or other damage (explanation of payment).I go there again and finally they call USAA to obtain the explanation of that payment. I got my roof fixed on October 6th finally all remaining to get done is my laundry room interior, I called customer service and asked what is the delay, they told me nothing, they sent supposedly an urgent message, that was slipped through the cracks. ****** never reached out neither did **** or wife.Everyone in this office is a fraud. When I gave a negative review the owner **** - texted me and asked why I left that kinda review and went on to bash me (all because I said the truth). They pay your small check and stay with the rest of your money. Stop hiring these people, theyre thieves.Adjuster Groups LLC Response

Mrs ******* our business has been opened since 2018 we are not fraudulent company I and many of my other clients can attest to that. I understand I we take responsibility if some where in the process some things may have not been to your standards but we are also working with the policy you purchased and have to do our best to try and reach out to them it is not always easy to get in touch with carriers. According to our notes we informed you of the process and what was transpiring. We also advised you to do the repairs to your home as it is your responsibility to mitigate in order to avoid negligence on your part to the home, its also stated in your insurance policy that it is your responsibility. My office has requested on numerous occasions the documentation required by your career to release the recoverable depreciation and we have not received it. This is a cost that is paid when incurred so if the roof was completed we must show proof to your carrier of the completion and inspection which is something you received from your contractor and we do not have access to. I am always available in my office at ************************** during normal business hours and if you leave me a mesage I will get back to you to discuss the claim and what is missing. **** my husband and owner of the business did not bash you as you said he simply did tell you that you have the right to your opinion but not to make incorrect statements without stating that you have not done what has been requested from you. As an owner we take pride in our company and the service we provide. We do not stay with anyones money we charge our agreed on percentage per the contract you signed one other thing that you do not clarify in your comments. You received your initial check on a timely manner and we also helped you with your endorsement process form your mortgage. Horrible experience. Poor communication!! After almost 2 years of STRESS happy this is over. They cashed my check today and will not reply LOL just lovely! 3 of the employees working my claim all have quit and I definitely understand why. We understand that there may have been misunderstandings along the way, and we apologize if you felt that our communication fell short of your expectations.On our last call I advised you all my calls are recorded, this was on a Saturday Morning when we are normally not opened but I honored the agreement someone made with you in my office to meet with you in ************. I was headed to ************ from *********, to help you in the endorsement process, and you became extremely irate with me on the phone complaining we did not call you when my call logs say otherwise. You refused to let me speak or to help reach a solution because all you wanted to do was insult me and my company. Surprisingly you called less than ****************************************************************************************************************** regard to your comments about the time it took to settle your claim, we understand that you may have been frustrated at times during the process. Our goal is always to provide the highest level of service to our clients, and we regret any instances where this was not reflected in our interactions with you, but as you know what hindered a quicker outcome in your claim was the lack of cooperation from your part in providing documents requested from your carrier.As far as the payment we cashed a check that you post dated for our fees and told us we could cash there was no reason to call you after that since we gave you a paid in full receipt after telling us you would be paying with a cashiers check because you did not trust the process that was explained to you by us, your bank, the insurance department and so forth and you did not do as you said and paid us with a post dated check instead.The 3 employees you mentioned did not hinder your claim in anyway since you got above the amount we estimated and every company goes through change as we strive to do what is best for our clients. Assuring we have the best employees to serve our clients, yet you had communications at all times with 2 of those employees, our office personnel and with the owner. it is unfortunate that you feel this way but the truth of this situation is that you were uncooperative in your investigation and we definitely do not deserve this complaint being that even as it is we got you more than estimated and accepted by you as a correct estimate.We want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. Had my claims worked through Adjuster Groups, and everything went perfect. April was the project Manager responsible for my 2 claims and also she had the help from Maria *****. They did a great job! I am very happy with the conclusion of these claims.

Soy una persona de 76 años y me siento burlando por esta empresa. Me abrieron 3 reclamos en agosto del 2019 y nunca me dan respuesta de mi caso. Llamo a l sra maileny y nunca me puede atender esta simpre ocupada y una sola vez logre hablar con ella en el mes de julio y para pedirle el release de mis 3 claims y me dijo que me ddvolveria la llamada y hasta el dia de hoy no lo ha hecho. Llame al sr jose y tampoco son unos irresponsables y no tienen etica de trabajo. Solo dice llame a la oficina y las personas que tienen en la oficina tampoco saven nada de los casos. Me dicen que llamr a jeny y tampoco nunca contesta. Pedi mis release desde el mes dd julio y hasta el dia de hoy no me lo han querido dar y creo qe tengo esd derecho. Me hicieron firmar un contrato ellos mismo me llevaron a mi casa el contrato del abogado y me dijeron que el me iba a ayudar un sr. Manzanillo y se fueron y nunca me dieron copia del cintrato con el abogado que trabaja con ellos y ahora me dice los abogados que se llama Adam Schwartz y yo ni se quienes son ellos tuve que pedir ayuda para buscar la informacion de ellos en la internet y los llamo y rampoco saben nada. De verdad que son unos barbaros inrresponsables. No los recomiendo. Deverian mirar su trabajo. Necesito ayuda porque he hecho mas de 30 llamadas a las w oficinas y nada. Ahora misno me cancelaron mi póliza y a ellos nos les importa nada.

Call Mr. Jose and they are not irresponsible and they have no work ethic. It just says call the office and the people they have in the office don't know anything about the cases either. They tell me to call Jeny and she never answers either. I asked for my release since July and until today they have not wanted to give it to me and I think I have the right. They made me sign a contract themselves, they took the lawyer's contract to my house and told me that a mr was going to help me. Manzanillo and they left and they never gave me a copy of the belt with the lawyer who works with them and now the lawyers tell me his name is Adam Schwartz and I don't even know who they are, I had to ask for help to find their information on the internet and I call them and they don't know anything. They really are irresponsible barbarians. I do not recommend them. They should look at their work. I need help because I have made more than 30 calls to the w offices and nothing. Now they just canceled my policy and they don't care about anything.

Usted tiene mi número directo y yo nunca e recibido una llamada de usted. Yo cuando hablé con usted en julio le dije que el abogado con la cual usted voluntariamente firmó y de acuerdo a usted estaba en buena salud mental y usted no tenia a nadie a cargo de usted con un poder igual su hija nos dijo que usted no tiene a nadie con un poder para tomar decisiones. Nosotros no somos irresponsables nuestra parte como ajustadores fue cumplida y por eso le expliqué que si usted desea cierro el reclamo pero nuestro trabajo fue cumplido y merece ser pagado si usted va con un abogado o con quien sea usaran nuestro trabajo sea pagado. No le estamos cobrando solo pedimos que nuestro contacto sea honrado. Usted dice que le dicen en la oficina que no saben de su caso eso no es cierto le dicen que su reclamo está con un abogado y que es mejor que usted tenga comunicación directa con ellos ya que usted firmó con ellos y que nosotros igual le pedimos la actualización a ellos por usted. De nuevo nosotros adjuster groups no firmamos ni ningún representante de nosotros le firmó el contrato con el abogado esa persona es un representante de la firma de abogados y le explicaron detalladamente eso. Nosotros no somos responsables de que su seguro le cancelara la polica no somos quien se la vende usted necesita comunicarse con su agente de seguros yo agradezco todas criticas y las tomo muy en serio en mi oficina pero no permito que digan cosas que no son. todas llamadas y mensajes son grabados en la oficina so le pido que por favor aclaren todo antes de publicar cosas que no son como le expliqué si usted quiere cierro el reclamo en nuestras oficinas y su archivo será archivado por 5 años como requiere la ley.

We are not charging you, we just ask that our contact be honest. You say that they tell you in the office that they do not know about your case that is not true they tell you that your claim is with a lawyer and that it is better that you have direct communication with them since you signed with them and that we still ask you update them for you. Again, we adjuster groups did not sign or any representative of us signed the contract with the lawyer that person is a representative of the law firm and they explained that in detail. We are not responsible for your insurance canceling the police we are not the one who sells it to you you need to contact your insurance agent I appreciate all criticism and I take it very seriously in my office but I do not allow you to say things that are not. All calls and messages are recorded in the office so I ask that you please clarify everything before publishing things that are not as I explained if you want to close the claim in our offices and your file will be archived for 5 years as required by law.
