            I had place an order for a chain back in may of this year and I finance it and when it was time for the chain to get delivered I never got it and I contact *** and they told me they did everything they was suppose to do and they are sorry for the inconvenience and the sent out a check to the seller for the missing product which mean whatever amount of money I had use towards my finance loan was suppose to be paid back to me but I call the seller multiple he keep telling me hes waiting on the check and never got it and its been more than 6 months now, and now he block my number from calling his establishment and now this loan affect my credit and drop it because I stop paying for the item I didnt receive, now my credit drop more that 150 points because he wont refund the loan ****************** I finance through

            While I typically don't write reviews, my recent experience compelled me to share. I initially purchased a Monaco Chain and a Cuban bracelet for $4,700 on Saturday. However, over the weekend, I decided to return and upgrade the chain for a higher-quality, more substantial one, prepared to spend significantly more. Less than two days later, on Monday, I returned to the store, not seeking a refund but rather store credit to supplement with additional funds for the upgrade. I explained that the original item wasnt the right fit for me and that I was willing to invest more for a superior product. Unfortunately, the store not only failed to honor their store credit policy but also refused to allow me to spend more money for an upgraded item. Instead, they imposed a $500 fee on my purchase price or limited store credit redemption to select items only. Despite my respectful approach and readiness to make substantial purchases, they did not accommodate my request. I caution others to exercise caution when shopping here, as they seem unwilling to honor their own store policies or facilitate upgrades to purchases.I spent 2 hours at the store hoping for a good outcome to no successes.
