Procedure day 1/16/2024, money spent $1,100.The procedure was Halo Laser resurfacing, ******** wrote a letter full of lies, and i have all documentation of the texted conversation i had with the merchant.Business response

Hello,
This client had the procedure with us for laser resurfacing of the face as her concerns were for brown spots on her face and fine lines and wrinkles. Consultation was done and expectations were explained. She signed a consent form clearly stating that no gaurantees were being made about the success of the treatment and she decided to proceed and had the procedure done on 1/16/24. She was asked to send us daily pictures until she was done peeling with the skin. The picture she sent us on after the skin peeling was done was flawless . She then contacted us a few days later that she was getting brown spots on her face .She did not purchase the products that were recommended for her after the procedure from us. She was using her own skincare products , which we never recommend. She was seen in the office by me on 2/6/24 and had started doing exfoliation at home which was stressed to her before that is absolutely contraindicated. She was given a prescription for Tri-luma and advised on its use. She was asked to send us pictures 2 x a week for next three weeks and she never did , despite us calling her multiple times. We have documentation of the times we called her.
This lady has already tried to get her money back from the credit card company and they have investigated her claim and denied that she has any claim to get her money refunded as all the procedure and instructions were explained . No false promises were made to her and we have copies of all her texts and phone calls that were made to try to contact her . We have copies of the consent and the post procedure instructions she had signed and explained to her. In her case she did not follow the instructions.

I am not sure why this company continues to give false information. I never exfoliated my face and not sure why such claims are being made. I opened another dispute with my bank as to the reason for the claim being denied was due to missing information. The products recommended were purchase and I attached pictures of the proof of purchase. **************** suggested to stop visiting this office. This office has not tried to solve the problem and continues to try and discredit my valid claim. Ive had to incurred additional cost for prescriptions from **************** office. We need to find a solution to help this situation. Its unclear why an office is allowed to do business in such a way.Customer response

This office damaged my face and has cause unnecessary stressed on my face. The least they could do is provide a full refund to help alleviate what happened. Not sure why they continue to deny such request. If we cant come into an agreement I will seek legal advice and let them handle it.Customer response

She was fully explained the risks and benefits of the treatment before the procedure and no guarantees of outcome were made and she decided to proceed. She did not follow the instructions that were verbalized and given to her in writing. She did not use the products that were recommended to her after the treatment. She did not send us follow up pictures after repeated calls from us . She is trying to get a free treatment and credit card company has already investigated and rejected her claim as she has no merits to her allegation.Customer response
