Account number ********** on Jan 26, I spoke with a representative and asked them to release an appraisal document on my home within a public database. If this was not possible, then it would have to be transferred to Navy Federal Credit Union. I was given the expectation that this request would be handled within 48-72 hours. I waited 72 business hours and did a follow-up call to Paramount Residential Mortgage Group to check the status of my request. I was then informed that the work order submitted would not be handled until Feb 20th. I then escalated to PRMG's escalation team where I was informed that their representative submitted a request that was for something completely different. I was passed around through different representatives and they are all telling me that no one can help me. This request is simple. I just need PRMG to release the appraisal document in the public database and contact the representative at Navy Federal Credit Union and provide the LIN number to them. The contact information at NFCU was provided to PRMG already. I don't understand why PRMG is refusing to help me with a simple request and not providing me with accurate information as to what they need from me specifically to get this done. All I am getting is an apology and no one can help me.
