Dear Mr. ****,
My name is ******** *******, I’m the owner of the Osceola News Gazette, I tried to reach out to you today Feb. 21, 2023 but couldn’t leave a voicemail so I’m sending you this email to tell you how sorry we are that you have received the Osceola News Gazette on your property. This route has had a change in carriers and they accidentally threw you a paper. We have told the new carrier under no circumstances to not throw you a paper. We really apologize for this and I have taken the necessary steps to make sure you do not receive one.
However, if you made several calls to our office, it would be helpful to know about how many calls you have made to the office. So, I may correct that issue. If you could respond to this email I would appreciate it.
