0/1 mil I should've done my research prior to buying from this company. I order a Valentines day pokemon cat for my S/O and it's currently 02-24-2024. At this point I just want my money back. No communication the phone number is out of service and no remorse for not holding up their end of the transaction. ????Review from Ryan M

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. 0/5 stars. No communication and unresponsive. I placed an order on 12/08 to have “guaranteed delivery” by Christmas with nothing to show for it. It is now 12/25. I’ve had to reactively reach out a dozen times to get no answersReview from Kevin B

Waiting here on Christmas Eve. Only to find out it will not show up as promised. I will be sending back for a refund, also dispute charge with CC company. Thanks for nothing, now I have to scramble to find something for my daughter.Review from Robert C

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY COUSINS BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT AND THE PROMISED TO HAVE IT HERE BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT NOW THEIR NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED AND NOONE IS REPLYING TO MY EMAILS!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 2 metal cards before Thanksgiving, with "guaranteed Christmas delivery". I received the digital files for approval about 10 days later, but I needed edits because they did not put the proper backgrounds that I chose. I responded to that email in less than 12 hours, and then they just completely stopped responded to my emails and requests for updates. Their phone number does not work (ever). They finally responded 2 weeks later, and provided the edits over 3 weeks later. But then after the edits were made, they stopped responding to my emails again and didn't even ship the cards until 2 weeks after Christmas.... I FINALLY received the cards 53 days after I placed the order. And on top of all that, they are TERRIBLE QUALITY. I wish I could add photos to show you - but they are both covered in scratches, even after being mailed in protective bubble wrap. So they were obviously scratched in production, and sent anyway. And the words on the card are blurry and fuzzy. What a waste of money. So disappointed because I was really excited to give these as a gift to my husband.Review from Dana I

I placed an order on December 11th it said it will be delivered in time for Christmas. I have not received my Pokécard. They charged my account. I have been emailing the company and calling, without anyone getting back to me. I still don't know where my order is!Review from Josh R

My initial order was the all three 16X12 which is supposed to come with a canvass, blanket, and metal card. I also ordered the acrylic case and an additional metal card. I only received the canvas and it was mounted crooked. I Was charged and never shipped the product. emailed twice never heard back. tried to call and you cant talk to anyone. you get an automated message that instructs you to email them. You cant communicate or get a response back from this company. what a bummer.Review from Amber B

I ordered a card for my husband for fathers day off of this website. It was a link on their ******, and it was doing a thing for pictures of Dads. I got my order in in time for it to be here by fathers day according to the countdown they had on there. I was so excited bc my husband is a huge pokemon fan. They sent me the draft and everything. Then I got a text saying it had been shipped. That was 2 weeks ago! I sent an email, and they said that it takes 7-14 days to process metal cards. Again, the order was placed in time according to the countdown to have your order in by a certain time, and I was told by text it was on its way!!!. I then get an email asking me to review my new metal card, which is hard to do, when I didn't receive it!!!!!!! I get pictures of all mail that we will be receiving that day through my postal service, so its not like it was put in my neighbors mailbox. And, there is zero tracking information available, which is ridiculous when I paid over $50.00 for the item!!!Review from Jamie P

I paid for my item 9 days ago, was told I needed to pay more, said I would pay the invoice but needed to know the additional charge, and was never emailed back or charged after that. I'm not mad about not being charged, but I'm mad about lack of communication. I don't know what's happening with my money, and I was not emailed back in the 3 day period as they stated in their automated reply. The only time they email me is when I go to their "live help message" bot or whatever it's called. And even then, sometimes I don't get a reply back. I really wanted this and thought it would be such a cute present, but at this point I just want my money back. I'll go commission an artist. I would not recommend the hassle of buying from them. It's simply ridiculous.
