I am rejecting this response because:It does not matter if Blue Sky Property Management Services LLC is a member of the BBB or not. This complaint will still be made public for their current and potential future customers (renters and owners) to be made aware how they conduct business. This complaint will still also negatively affect their BBB score, which current and potential customers will review before deciding to work with them.
We have also filed a formal complaint with the ************************ of *********** and Consumer Services. This is also public information. If neither of these channels are successful then we plan on pursuing small claims court.
If Blue Sky Property Management Services LLC believes $200 is worth this much bad publicity and potentially much higher costs in legal fees on top of returning our $200 then they should ignore these complaints. If not, then they should consider settling things amicably and returning our $200.
As far as their comment is concerned about who the communication was sent to, we supplied a general email for their company which they have posted in their public profiles. If this is out of date then they should change it as well as their predatory practices.

In May 2023, I entered into a lease with Blue Sky Property Management ******** After moving in, we initiated a repair request to fix the ** unit, they took over a month to fix the unit. In May 2024, we initiated a repair request to fix the outlets and lights in the living room and kitchen as we had no power to those areas of the home. It took them over two weeks to fix the issue. In May 2024 after moving out, Blue Sky deducted roughly $2500 from my security deposit stating cost of repairs and cleaning. I am still disputing these claims and the total claimed cost of the repairs and cleaning. They refuse to send me copies of the invoices for the costs they allegedly incurred, so that I can follow up with the contractors as to the actual, verifiable costs of services.
