      This rental company had very shady business practices. For example, in our lease, it was stated that tenants will be present for all walkthroughs (especially the final walkthrough). We were not allowed to be present for the final walkthrough and thus were not there to make sure we were not taken advantage of with our security deposit. The company also refused to fix important and potentially dangerous issues regarding the property for long periods of time.

      We have never heard of this person. The phone is never answered. The email is bounced back.

      This is absolute fraud 

      Please stop wasting our time with this BS.

      I received a response from the company stating that my situation is BS? That is very unprofessional. I resolved the situation by sitting down in person with one of the staff at Proper T. I do not know why they are calling my response "BS".

      In addition to my last message regarding being told my complaint is "BS", I wanted to be done with this situation. I worked it out with people in person and was happy with how I was treated. I'm hoping there was just a glitch in the system and maybe the higher *** at Proper-T were not updated.

      I own a property located on ***** ***** ***** *** **** **** ******** *** *****. Proper-T-management are in charge of water service and billing on ***** *** ***. I used to pay in advance and in March they skipped my credit and started over. An explanation letter is attached showing final balance of each month. After July they haven't send any other bill. I have been trying to solve this since March with multiples calls, email and mails. The person in charge usually doesn't answer the phone, but when he does he always use excuses as: I am out of the office or I am busy but I will work on that later. All invoices received in 2022 are attached and proof of payment as well. Their new phone number is ************

      We were not under contract with the proper-t management company at the time because the lease agreement when it had expired was never redone for the next year term (asked 2 months prior for lease renewal agreement). We gave proper notice to the management company, that my husbands company would be moving us from Clermont, FL to Tifton, GA and we had a month to be there (Jan 1, 2022). We cleaned the property and both of our nosey neighbors (from each side that I can provide you with name and phone numbers) came in to look at the house after it was cleaned. The house was rented a week after we left the property and we asked about our deposit of $1700 to be refunded as we left the place clean along with ceiling fans that we installed, a refrigerator that we bought, new faucet and toilet seat along with a fence that we built for the dogs. We have reached out several times via phone calls and text messages with no communications back (still have them) as to why we didn't receive anything back. I would like an explanation of why we didn't get a cent back along with monetary value for the upgrades that we left if not some of if not all of our deposit back. Proof can be provided on attempted communications if need be (also on husbands phone that is not with me currently).

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/08/05) */ Communication from Landlord: The deposit check was written on February 15th and was left on his desk to be mailed. He stated that he found it in a different file last night and will get it in the mail today sending it to our current address. Issue has been resolved.
