            We stayed at the ********************* June 6th-10th. We were never told that we had to sign an elevator waiver until the day before we were supposed to leave. We paid over $14,000 for a 4 night stay and the home had constant issues with the elevator and the space room (the main reason why we picked this house because of those features). Maintenance was not trained on how to fix these things and spent numerous days and hours in the home. We requested a 2 night refund and they only provided 1. The customer service is horrible and we will not be staying again.

            Very bad experience with booking through Jeeves. From the second we entered the home it smelled like cigarettes and I have children that have asthma. Half of the sectional is missing and not the same one in the photos. Two of the bedrooms did not lock properly and they came but only one was fixed.We bought $700 dollars worth of groceries and half of them had to be thrown because the fridge and freezer are broken and not cooling with missing shelving. They wasted our time by bringing another broken down fridge with missing shelves that didnt fit our food. The theater room and the PlayStation both do not work properly and they came by to fix the PlayStation but only wasted our day as they were not able to fix it. We also found ants in the game room and they came to spray but the ants have returned. My stay cost me a lot of money and this is my only break my family gets each year. We only stayed for a week and we feel like we did not enjoy this trip as we lost so much time due to all of the complications in this home and dealing with Jeeves. We tried calling Jeeves daily and they said they would get back to us and never did. I will never use Jeeves again as they will take your money and they will put you on hold all day long and no resolution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
