On May3rd 2023 I placed an online for curbside order with Zaxby's for my son's birthday. I placed the order around 7:11pm and the ETA given to me of when my order will be ready was 8:20pm the order was fairly large because we were celebrating his birthday in total it was $109.16 order#*****************. Around 7:36pm someone from Zaxby called asking if I was ***** ****** and did I have a online order I said to them yes and that it was for curbside with a ETA of 8:20 that i was on my way to pick it up. While i was driving to pick up the order I received a second call from Zaxby again asking if I had an order again I said yes I was on my way then they put me on hold for like 6-8 minutes then MGR Bonisha came on stating that my order was already picked up I stated how could it if I told the person I was on my way and it was for curbside. When I arrived at the location I went inside and ask for my order this is where the team members started saying that a man came in and pick up my order that they were suspicous of him that's why they called me. I said that I told the lady that called me the first time I was on my way I ask to speak with MGR then I waited for about 10mins before she came to front I continued asking why my order was given to the man if I stated I was on my way and that the order was for curbside no one was supposed to come in to get order they were to take it to car. NO apology she just said that he showed confirmation I asked how ? I ask for a name and description of the guy that picked up my order they said they did not have that so I said it was a mistake that they gave my order to the wrong person I also pointed out that those were my drinks sitting on the counter that's when the team member stated yes that the guy was in a hurry and left drinks I got the police called on me I called other stores / CORP that stated they should have remade the order i missed my sons bday and till this day Zaxby does not want to do anything no refund or remake of order
