I placed an ******* 1/04/2024 for 5lbs of king **** legs on-line from this company because of a commercial I saw on television. I misunderstood the advertisement saying free overnight shipping. I reached out to them on 1/05/2024 to see when the order shipped to no avail. 1/05 was a Friday. I messaged a couple more times. I got a couple responses that werent very clear. Then I got a tracking number. This tracking number still says label created. Then someone called on 1/08 telling me I had messaged them too much and my order would ship tomorrow and I would not get the free overnight shipping that I had to pay for that. I told them there was no option for overnight shipping when I placed my order. They were to look into that. I have since had zero communication on my order. The total for my order is $190.95. I would like a refund for the merchandise I have yet to receive which is $179. Pic I have attached is the tracking number I was provided on 1/06/2024Initial Complaint

This company ran full-page ads in the New ********** on two consecutive Sundays offering Maryland crabs. I placed an order, and although I had issues with the shipping codes, and the company only accepting Zelle payment, I placed my order. The company was initially very responsive, but once there were delays in delivery, they stopped responding. I have attached the email string for this order. In addition, I have submitted instant messages on the website and also called the phone number provided. I have reported the company to Zelle and also notified my bank - sadly, there is no recourse since I paid with *****. I see that now the company is accepting V/MC but that was not an option before Christmas.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for seafood after seeing an ad in the New *********** The order was placed on December 3, 2023. I was told that the order was going to be shipped on 12/06, and I would get tracking a day or two later. On 12/15, I emailed because I had not received my order, and they said due to the high volume, it would be shipped out the following week. I emailed again on 12/21 after not receiving it again after the provided timeline and asked for a refund. They said they would only provide refunds with ******* and MoneyOrder. Since this email, they have not responded to any additional emails trying to clarify how to get a refund, but they continue to advertise. Also, there are multiple people on ******** with similar complaints.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for $91.91 on 12/16/2023. I received an email confirmation of my payment. The shipping date was noted 12/20/2023. I haven't received my items. I've made several attempts to contact the company. As of today, there's been no response.Customer response

I ordered a product from their website and they asked that payments should be sent via zelles to their bank account. I have not gotten my product nor good customer services on when and how I will receive my products I bought from their site. I paid $268.00 for a good and never received it and they kept on promising we will send today, tomorrow, or next without any deliverables and they claim they are not defrauding customers. Why accept payments for orders you cannot fulfill. You refund customers their money period!Initial Complaint
