I booked blue haven resort and called to pay the deposit which was half my stay, while I was on the call after I already read my card numbers and he charged my card I came across an article about travel restrictions saying you need to be vaccinated to travel there. I am not vaccinated for religious reasons and they don’t allow those exemptions. No where on the website or their policy does it state anything about the travel policies or having to be vaccinated!!! While I just paid I asked right away not even 3 minutes after for them to cancel because of this problem !! They laughed and hung up on me and refused any resolution not even for me to rebook for another time or to allow me to gift the trip to someone else!! They kept 1700$ and don’t reply or offer any resolution.
