      not good dealership not flexible with payments if you don"t pay on time they shutoff your vehicle this by weekly is not good i don"t recommend they people

      I purchased my ***** from Auto Market of Florida in *********, in January. Since January, my car has been in the shop every month, sometimes for weeks. Many times its the same issue based on service reports. The customer service and professionalism especially the mechanic service department is awful! They will give you a car and take your money, but you can barely use it. I guess thats their tactic. Worst used car lot in Florida. Beware Please!!

      I have bought car from here almost 5 yrs ago. In the beginning they were great. I have since had nothing but issues. When I switched jobs I needed to change my payment date. I was told the contract can not be changed. I have since needed to pay every other Thursday. I am having to call every other week to argue with them.my account manger has been rude and very argumentative. He has even threatened me to have my car Repo. This is after I have made payment on time and kept every promise to pay!!!! When you ask to speak with manger there is none. If you ask them to look at your account they dont. If I could give a zero satisfaction I would. Their customer service is horrible!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! After almost 5 yrs and only a small amount left to pay off you are going to threaten me to Repo my car. Unacceptable. They need to hire people that have customer service as there priority and that treat people with respect!!!!! I have called multiple times and have been hung as well having me on speaker phone and have others listening and laughing at a persons situation.

      These Company is full of clowns and liars starting from sales person then you account supervisor, and final ******* and ******* from service all these clowns mean to be there they all the same. So many promises before signing the contract for 4 years and half. A car with a Drivers seat belt backwards. Seats all broken a dent on the front bumper and a seat belt missing in the back plus on the screen show the key is not compatible also I need to buy new tires to complete the story. ******* promises talk to his supervisor to set a week to fix the car still 4 months and he hasnt call or text, the only person you can speak is ******* and he always has to wait for *******. Ping Pong Game. I feel very deceived shouldnt ever listed to ******** after I took car back and request the one I trade in back you guys denied it and lye about bring the car back after 3 days. You all are full of BS.

      Salesperson lied and now when I make a phone call all my calls drops it's like they got me blocked for whatever reason none of the phone calls go through

      I went there because of an ad on the Internet for a Buick encore two weeks ago. First, they said it was a mistake. The price biweekly was wrong, then they said they couldn’t find it. I found it on the lot at a higher price. it is still on their website two weeks later. They told me and my daughter nothing is on their lot under $210 biweekly but yet the vehicle a 2015 Buick encore, white with the leather, is still on that webpage for $117 biweekly .Obviously, this is a bait and switch move for a deceitful business . Buyer beware. What else are they doing to customers deceitfully

      This dealership seems to know what you're doing when you're looking for a car but once you actually buy the car, it starts going downhill. to start off they make you give them a five star google reading before you even get to start signing papers. After two days of having my car, all the lights came on and I made an appointment to get that fixed when that appointment came I believe it was the beginning of December. They had me waiting around all day with no updates and what I went in for still didn't get fixed but they found other problems and fix those so I was told I had to come back another day so that they could fix what I originally went in for next day comes around they call me I make the appointment for December 26 at 12 PM. Fast forward to December 26 at 12 PM. They don't give me an exact time on when my car would be finished so I'm sitting in the lobby for five hours without an update as soon as I leave and come back that's when they told me they've been looking for me for the past two hours, but didn't bother to call me. Once I showed up again, they told me that they still couldn't fix the computer and now they need to keep it overnight, but that it would be finished the next day. Next day still no update after calling over 8times in two days, I go in to see what's going on with my car and they say that the car is still at the Honda dealership. Well I called Honda dealership and my car is not there. They have no clue where my car is and that they've been waiting for Auto Market to give them a call to let them know when they were dropping the car off. So all while they're telling me that my car is at Honda getting fixed it's not nobody has any clue where my car is but I only know this because I called Honda directly since Auto Market was not giving me any answers. They lost my car for over two days and kept lying about it & blaming other people for their mistakes. My car has been with them for four days now just because I needed to reprogram my computer.

      This company is a scam. They lie to you about being able to help with if your pay days change and that turned out to be a complete lie. I was made permanent and my pay day change from Thursday to Friday. And they claimed they weren't able to change the pay days in the system. But I was told differently when I bought the car. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. One day my car my car starts to overheat. Pulled over immediately at an auto zone that was literally near me and they took a look and told me that my head gasket is blown. Had to get towed all the way to my house. A week later I had to get the vehicle transported to them. For them to tell me that I had to pay almost $2800 out of pocket for the repairs, when I had a dealer warranty through them for 24 months or 24,000 miles. Hadn't reached it at all. Then when you call the service department, Derek has complete attitude when you ask questions on why the vehicle overheated in the first place. Took them all day to tell me that the radiator hose was loose and that's what caused the head gasket to blow and for it to over heat. They claim they could tell I drove the vehicle while it was overheating, which was a lie because I have proof I had a tow, and I spoke to SEVERAL mechanics and they all said there's no way to tell that a vehicle was driven while overheating. When the sent me the written diagnostic, they didn't even mention that it was the radiator hose that had gone loose. I had to keep calling for Derek to finally tell me. I have asked SEVERAL times to have a supervisor call me, I emailed, I even spoke to my account manager and NO CALL BACK from a supervisor. They don't help you, they don't ever call you back when you've requested several times. When you try to call them, they don't answer. The phone picks up and NO ONE answers. They are horrible to deal with. NEVER again will I ever deal with them.

      Went to this company and purchased a vehicle from them within the first month of owning the vehicle had non stop mechanical issues then had to constantly argue just for them to make repairs under "warranty" first time they "repaired " it they had it in there possession for over 2 weeks and yet still made my payments stating they replaced the turbo boost on the vehicle plus the catalytic converter however after we received the car back check engine light came on again took the car now to Chevy and they stated there was a faulty part placed in the vehicle reached out to them again and get the run around the car had so many oil leaks part failure and twice take it to them for repairs and still not working properly so now I had to come out of pocket and have a genuine parts put in the vehicle because covid happened and now they stated they cannot make any repairs for over 3 months so I asked how am I suppose to get around with a car that's leaking oil and parts are no good and still make payments to you so again had to find a mechanic and they stated the company need to change the vehicle because it's no good so after almost 2yrs of on time payments multiple mechanic visits weeks without the vehicle paying for rentals one night the car finally dies due to the engine being no good because after another trip to Chevy mechanics they stated there over 3000 worth of repairs and that's only what they can see at the moment I had no choice but to call auto market and do a voluntary repossession even tried to give them the option of making things right and they failed to return my phone call until after I already went to repurchase a new vehicle I never received any information in the mail in regards to the repossession and now I get a letter in the mail from some law firm that they are suing me for over 2000$ which is crazy at this point they need to leave me alone and call it even because i made my payments plus obviously u received money for a bad car and I spent so much
