      This is a "FAUDULENT COMPANY" I bought a car to my daughter Friday, June 24, 2022, afternoon, $4,866.85 CASH, including tag and registration. Before 24 hours, engine light and tires on. Blow air into the tires and the light stays on. Saturday, June 25, 2022, When I went to Auto Zone the diagnostic for the check engine light was that the exhaustion system is getting more air than gas. The seller, Rigoberto C*****, told me to take it so they could evaluate it themselves, since they say they have a car service. Being there, I was NEVER offered to scan the car to detect the problem, justifying that I had attitude. It wasn't sheets of paper that I paid you yesterday, it was AMERICAN MONEY AND CASH. How could I not be outraged? Ridiculous! I wanted to cancel everything and get my money back; the Arab owners solved the problem by asking me to leave their office and they refused to give me the proper service, my money back and CANCEL everything.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/29) */ First, the claim she is making that we are "a fraudulent company", is false and libel. We are a licensed car dealership in the state of Florida since 2002. However, the customer purchased the vehicle with no issues from the dealership and vehicle was sold AS/IS. She signed all paper required. We have informed her verbally to check car before she signs on any document related to sale. The vehicle was inspected before the sale and had no issue. However, we work with every customer who buys a vehicle from us. This customer did not even give us a chance to express our point of view. She comes to the office commanding her down payment back yelling and demanding. However, we have attached all documents that customer signed on. And we are asking the customer who is filling these false claims to govern herself accordingly. In addition, she claims $4866.85 as the amount she handed in; this is false. In detail the transaction was conducted as follows. Deposit $3500 + 500 + 366.85 totaling $4366.85. Part of this down payment goes toward sales tax $598.94, doc stamps $20.30 and $366.85 goes toward her tag and registration and dealer fees of 149.00; vehicle was sold for $9000. Her amount finance is $ 5768.24. In conclusion, we are unable to refund neither exchange vehicle. Customer must make payment on time for this vehicle. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Well, it's totally true that the car was sold "as is". Also that I agreed to sign all the papers and to pay for the car as stipulated. The car was checked visually, not with a code detection machine and much less by a trusted mechanic. At the time of sale there was no engine light on in the dash. My complaint was because in less than 24 hours we had problems with the car. My apologies for my attitude, it's not my style. I feel embarrassed for what happened. I'm Sorry! I felt frustrated, sad, offended and ripped off because I did not received the proper service. You must be aware that I was not allowed to express my concern to the correct person, Manager. There was no proper communication by both sides. True or false? It is evident that the car has never had a good maintenance. I simply would have liked more empathy in my situation. The only thing I wanted in that visit to your office was that you would at least make an attempt to help me and check the car. I believe that being upright means being transparent, honest, sincere and, above all, feeling what others feel. It is not fair for me, nor for you to go through a similar situation. Nobody deserves bad. Blessed God! the car problem was detected. I would just like to ask you, could you at least reimburse part of the expenses incurred? I believe in healthy relationships. If there is any arrangement, I agree to remove any negative comments regarding your services. At least I can edit each comment. Could we try one more time? At your discretion. For sure, payments will be made as agreed. Suggestion: Try to avoid this kind of situation. Enforce transparency, honestly and sincerity in your business. The peace in our soul is more valuable.       in begining of august 2021 i went to this dealer and buy a kia sedona 2012 , the car was sold to me as is but a day and a half later the broke down and i brought the car back to the dealership , they check the car very nice and discover a small fuse box it was damage , they fixed and gave me the car back , next day same thing the car broke again , same problem they fixed again , third time in less than 2 week been bringing the car to get fix they left the car 6 days in the shop they call me i pick up the car , the instal a new fuse box , next day the car tow again to the shop i told them that i dont that car anymore they ask me to get another car and i get a dodge caravan , the car looks fine and 3 days later the car didnt work anymore didnt want to turn on , call another tow charge me again 50$ every tow in total i have 6 , and all i asked him the owner was my down payment back , i lost taxes money,insurance money, and i lost even my job wages due to this
